If you already recycle your empty inkjet toner cartridges,
you're among a growing number of people who understand the benefits to
the environment. What you may not realize however, is that your empty
cartridges are worth more than you think. Colleges and universities,
churches and social groups, primary schools, businesses, and individuals
are choosing PTi to maximize their fundraising potential. Our program
encourages you to take an active part in the recycling process. We pay
more for your empty cartridges, and just as important, we pay you
quickly. Cartridge recycling will help make the earth a cleaner place.
It's a great fundraising idea that can teach young people the importance
and rewards of environmental sustainability. |

The alternative is detrimental. The plastic used
in a typical cartridge is made of engineering-grade polymers and takes
at least 1,000 years to decompose. Additionally, the process required to
make a new OEM cartridge requires the burning of fossil fuel (oil or
natural gas). Approximately three quarts of oil are burned to make each
new cartridge shell. Multiply this by the thousands of cartridges
produced by Printing Technology, Inc. each year, and it's easy to see
what a difference we make to our community and our planet.
State governments in New York, California, Texas and North
Carolina have observed the impact of single-use laser and inkjet
cartridges in their landfills and have legislated the use of
remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges in state executive agencies.
Remanufacturing saves money, minimizes waste, conserves energy,
prevents pollution and is economically efficient. So if you care about
the world your children will inherit, want to protect the beauty of
nature, or simply want to produce less garbage, please recycle your
printer cartridges. Please download our Empty Buy Back pricer today! |
