PTiŽ Releases MICR Toner Cartridges for HP P3005 Series
Chatsworth, CA — December 26, 2007 — California based Printing Technology, Inc. (PTiŽ) added a magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) toner cartridges for Hewlett Packard P3005 series printers.
“We typically release just one version (yield) of a cartridge for each printer family in our MICR line but in the case of the HP P3005 we had multiple requests for low and high yields so we decided to release both, says Julian DeSalay, PTiŽ’s VP – Domestic Sales. PTiŽ is in a fortunate position with an extensive in-house R&D department that allows additional resources to work on products that normally wouldn’t be considered. Our 6,500 page yield cartridge is based on the Q7551A and our 12,000 page yield cartridge is based on the Q7551X cartridge.”
